Intuition Accuracy Tracker (“the app”) is made by Kate Mulder, The Sonar Session. It helps you log intuitive messages and track how accurate they turn out to be. I built it to be private. This policy explains what that means in plain words.
Everything you write in the app (your messages, scans, outcomes, tasks, notes, life areas and settings) is stored only on your device. There is no account and no login, and I don’t run a server that receives your entries. I can’t see, read or sell what you log.
If you use the microphone to speak an entry, your speech is turned into text on your device. Your voice is not sent to me.
The optional Face ID lock is handled entirely by your iPhone. The app only learns whether unlocking succeeded. It never receives your face data.
Follow-up and task reminders are scheduled on your phone. Reminder notifications don’t show your entry text on the lock screen.
If you save a backup or export a spreadsheet, the file goes wherever you choose to save it, for example Files or iCloud Drive. That’s under your control and Apple’s iCloud terms.
If you choose to join the email list in the app, your email is sent to my email service provider, Brevo, only so I can send you updates and training. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
The app checks for updates through Expo, which receives basic technical information such as the app version and device type. It doesn’t receive your entries. If you test the app through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you choose to send.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. I never see your card details. I use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous ID and your subscription status, so the app knows what you have access to. It never receives your entries.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Your entries live on your phone, so you’re in control. Delete individual entries in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.
